I found the car I thought I wanted through the internet, and was contacted by Todd Martin to set up a test drive, he was up front and honest about the buying process and cost of the car. My salesman, James Brickner was delightful and extremely knowledgeable. After I selected my car, I brought hubby to the dealership to finalize the sale. In the middle of signing contracts I changed my mind on which vehicle I wanted. James (salesman) and Jerrod (finance manager) never batted an eye. Their only concern was to ensure I was happy with my choice! Throughout the entire process I never felt stressed or pressured, these folks treat you like family, it was a terrific buying experience! Also their prices were about $1000 lower than all other dealerships. I drove from Tampa to buy a car here for this reason. My salesman, Mr. Statts, was great. He didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. There was no debating. He got to the price I wanted and gave me a fair price for my trade in the first time which was so refreshing. He explained the warranty in detail and what benefits I would be getting from buying a certified used car. I didn't leave confused or with the burden of reading a 100 pg manual. We then went to the finance department and worked with Mr. Benson. He was great. He negotiated a lower price for an expanded warranty to get me a lower interest rate which is something I didn't even ask for. It was much appreciated and surprising because in my past experience the finance guy has no interest in getting the most out of my money (they aren't getting that dealer fee after all). The process was so painless and I highly recommend this dealership. More

I did the deal from Key West by email and phone and it was the easiest and best car purchase I have ever done in the last 35 years. Walked in, gave them our keys and picked up the keys to our new Miata. It was that simple and we got it at the price we wanted with the lowest priced financing that we could find. It was a great deal. We had to purchase another car for a family member. I went on their web site, found what we wanted and called Eric. Did the deal by email and phone and got another great deal on our Hyundai Accent. The car had to go in for 6 month service recently. They did a great job of getting the car in and out knowing that our family member had to travel 2 hours to get there. Just went up last week to purchase a fully loaded 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Beautiful car. Eric came through for us again. We will always buy our cars from him and refer any and all friends and family to do the same. Easier than I thought it would be. There are so many number games going on out there, we looked for about 5 weeks before we found an Elantra that fit the bill. Looked at Corolla, Sentr There are so many number games going on out there, we looked for about 5 weeks before we found an Elantra that fit the bill. Looked at Corolla, Sentra, Civic among others. Most bells and whistles on this car and a real donut spare tire made the sale, along with a calm demeanor from Bob. The certified warranty helped too. Hopefully we won't need that in the next 45k miles of bumper to bumper. They aren't giving anything away mind you, but if you are looking for a decent car with a warranty longer than most others its worth a look here at the Certified Used Center, 1 mile north of the new Hyundai store.
