I was looking to buy a new 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I have been to Terry Reid Hyundai, Ed Voyles Hyundai and Rick Case Hyundai. All these dealerships are so pushy and then I stopped by at Cherokee Hyundai in been to Terry Reid Hyundai, Ed Voyles Hyundai and Rick Case Hyundai. All these dealerships are so pushy and then I stopped by at Cherokee Hyundai in Kennesaw. I met with a salesperson named Sam Janjooa. He was not pushy at all. He's very knowledgeable about Hyundai products. He answered all my questions and he knows everything in and out about the Hyundai Elantra including the horsepower and performance. None of the salespeople at other Hyundai dealerships know anything about their products. You can ask them a question and they will go see their manager first. Sam knows everything about Hyundai's. I would recommend everyone to see Sam at Cherokee Hyundai of Kennesaw. What a great experience! More

Service was great; friendly with no pressure. Gave more than fair value on our trade-in. We test drove a vehicle but we let them know that we would be test driving another vehicle from another car more than fair value on our trade-in. Jon was excellent to work with. He's very patient and a real people person. When I first walked in the dealership, I was expecting to work with someone else due to the contact we made, but I'm glad it wa a real people person. When I first walked in the dealership, I was expecting to work with someone else due to the contact we made, but I'm glad it was Jon. He wasn't just friendly, but a realistic salesman. Of course, he sells cars so they're going to make it sound as if you're getting the deal of a life time, but they're in the business to make money as is the consumer is there to save. So, there was a happy medium. Very fair negotiations. There was a Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor that went bad on my 2011 Genesis (Very Happy with it) and with the warranty they fixed/replaced it with no questions. Its a USED vehicle…what do you expect?? When its time to buy another car, I will definitely be coming back. Thanks! More

I had my 2009 Hyundai Sonata at Cherokee Hyundai for some service, and was waiting in the lot for my ride, admiring the new models. Jon Vaccaro approached me and said hello....right away you click with this service, and was waiting in the lot for my ride, admiring the new models. Jon Vaccaro approached me and said hello....right away you click with this guy. He is funny, down-to-earth, and no pressure. Go see him if you're in the market for a new car. I later met the Sales Manager, Scott Morris who is also a great guy. I ended up buying a new Sonata Hybrid after Jon spent a lot of time showing me different cars. But it took me two or three trips to the dealership to decide, and I really wanted a certain color, etc. Jon and Scott went out of their way to make sure I was happy and in the perfect car, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much time. They sold the car I had my heart set on while I was making up my mind, but then found me a Sky Blue Metallic Sonata Hybrid from another dealer and went to pick it up for me. I want to just sit in my garage and look at it when I'm not driving! Everyone's friendly at this dealership, but Jon and Scott went above and beyond. I'll be a repeat customer for sure. More

My wife and I never felt pressured into anything at any time. After Jon's patience and letting us test drive a few cars we had decided on our hyundai tuscon. Once we made the decision to purchase it was not the typical delearship experience. There was no haggling or pressure to buy the car. They treat you as if you were their family purchasing a car and give you the best deal they can. Even after the purchase I relized that I was only given one key. Even though it was not part of our "deal" the dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend this dealership and Jon to any family or friends of mine! More
