Being a college student like myself, I came to the Cherokee Hyundai dealership with my mother in hopes of purchasing my first car, since the one hande Being a college student like myself, I came to the Cherokee Hyundai dealership with my mother in hopes of purchasing my first car, since the one handed down to me was on its last leg. I was looking for something most importantly that I could afford. At first I was skeptical because I've heard about dealerships and how they often 'take advantage' of younger people (especially women). Jon was very pleasant and professional from the start! He listened to my wants, requests and assured me that he would do everything in his power to find me what I was looking for! Low and behold he found the perfect car for me a 2012 Hyundai Elantra limited, which I fell in love with at first sight. What was awesome was that an older couple had just traded it in! It was perfect, black with creme/tan interior, sunroof, heated seats, XM radio, the works! What I really liked was that he broke down how being a first time buyer works and the things I should expect. I had never seen a Hyundai up close and certainly did not know there were so many different models and options available! I went in looking at the base model Tuscon and as we discussed my needs and wants, Jon used his knowledge of the types of cars Hyundai makes and he led me to a perfect car for my needs and my budget....the Veloster (great fun to drive and plenty of cargo room for me!!). Another great thing about the dealership is that they actually had so many cars of different colors, trims, and options that I didn't have to "settle" or wait for a delivery! Thanks! More

Made at ease I was very uneasy and nervous going into the whole process of buying a new/used car. It is something I, as a female, have never looked forward to doin I was very uneasy and nervous going into the whole process of buying a new/used car. It is something I, as a female, have never looked forward to doing at any point in my life. But, at some point you have to in order to have transportation of your own. Jon greeted me warmly with a smile & a hand shake. After some whitty banter on both of our parts and finding out what my needs were, I was immediately made at ease. From that point on, testing driving a couple of vehicles to what I felt like was honest conversation with a sales person (it does exist!!!) I was able to chose the perfect car for me! Haggling of the price? No way. It was a simple discussion that I was very comfortable with & Jon made go very smoothly. All in all, I was in & out of the dealership with my new car in a matter of a couple hours!! Now who makes that happen?!?!? Would I ever go back to see Mr. Vaccaro again? Absolutely! And I highly recommend you do the same. More
