This is the first time I've ever bought a car, let alone gotten financing for one and Jonathon put me in the car I only *dreamed* of purchasing because I thought it was way out of my price range. I didn't just buy my first car, I bought the first car that was comfortable to ME and something I'm going to love driving for years to come. Veloster Purchase I came into the dealer with thoughts of purchasing the Genesis. Nick approached me and we talked about my expectations. After a few minutes-we took I came into the dealer with thoughts of purchasing the Genesis. Nick approached me and we talked about my expectations. After a few minutes-we took a test drive. The car is amazing! I left the dealer to go home and wait for my SO to go back with me to work a deal. The reality is...as much as I WANTED a Genesis, I didn't. I have a 10 1/2 year old Eclipse that still gets 25 miles to the gallon city driving. The Genesis does not. I decided to test drive my 2nd favorite car...the Veloster. I fell in love! Great sporty feeling, but not grandma material. Nick was patient the entire time, running in and out to get keys to whatever car I chose to drive. At the end of the deal - I did buy a car, not the one I went in for, but the one I actually wanted. I appreciate the patience Nick had during the entire purchase process. I am confident he will do well! More

Nic explained all the aspects on the Sonata I had selected in depth without being overly agressive in his tactics. I use each experience as a adventure and make it fun not only for myself but for those I am dealing with and enjoy the experience when they do the same with me. Nic was totally professional and even took the time the day afterwards to go over the Sonata once more with my grandson when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle. I found the Sonata clean and detailed and ready for a smile from the grandson who I wanted to show that car buying can be a rewarding experience vs a chore to dread. Nic was trained well and I applaude his managers for doing it right. After meeting some of the Management personnel I understand WHY the folks at Cherokee are first rate. Thanks Nic. Big John Kuniskis deserves a good mention as well. John was a great guy to deal with in finance unlike many I have met in the past. John got the paperwork chores done quickly and with a smile........... Overall, I rate this dealership a FIVE STAR which in my book of adventures is rare but first rate. I will be back in the future to check out the new Genisis as soon as my lease on an Acura is finished in 2015. If I do buy or lease a Hyundai , Cherokee will be THE dealership that gets my business. Lastly, I want to applaude Luigi Cellupica who popped in as Management to answer specific questions from Nic and Myself . Luigi was totally professional in his knowledge and plays well with others of my generation.
