He helped us out with telling us everything about the car we were looking for. We didn't expect much out of the car we wanted but turned out that Sam made it possible that everyone in my family got the choice they wanted in one car. For instance I wanted a moon and a sun roof on our car, my brother wanted a sports vehicle, my mother wanted the comfort of a luxury car and my father wanted a spacious SUV for the car. Sam then combined all of our ideas into one car and that was a brand new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sports. It was perfect with all the features and gadgets it came with. LIES and INCOMPETENCE! Bought a Santa Fe from this dealership. Traded in a PAID OFF vehicle and PAID CASH for the difference. Paid for the Resist All treatment. Picked up t Bought a Santa Fe from this dealership. Traded in a PAID OFF vehicle and PAID CASH for the difference. Paid for the Resist All treatment. Picked up the vehicle after it was supposedly applied. They didn't even get the bugs off the front of the vehicle before "applying" it. Nor did they remove the tag as the space under the tag was covered in dirt. Had to make a return trip to have it redone. Went to Maine for the birth of my first grandchild. . A couple days before my tag expired, I called the dealership and asked to be sent a new one as I was out of State and did not want a ticket. Was told only 1 temp tag per customer. I knew this was not correct, but could not get anyone to send me another tag, so I had to end my trip to see my first grandchild after only 2 days and drive back from Maine to get another temp tag, only to be told I could have gotten another one sent to me overnight. Inquired as to where my tag and title were and was told the dealership mistakenly added Capital One as a lien holder even though I TRADED IN A PAID OFF VEHICLE AND PAID CASH FOR THE DIFFERENCE. I OWED NO ONE. Had to wait for this error to be corrected. Manger Scott Morris offered to tint my Santa Fe's windows AND give me a check for $200.00 for all of my trouble. This was at Memorial Day weekend. Here it is nearly 90 days later and still no check. Called several times, but Scott refuses to call me back. Spoke with another manager who PROMISED he would get to the bottom of the issue and get me my check. No check yet. Windows were tinted ONLY IN THE FRONT. If lies and incompetence are what you look for in a dealership, buy a car from Cherokee Hyundai. More

A Premier Dealership I had hesitation going into this dealership (based on another bad dealing elsewhere). I left with nothing but glowing thoughts. My Salesman was Phil L I had hesitation going into this dealership (based on another bad dealing elsewhere). I left with nothing but glowing thoughts. My Salesman was Phil Lombardi. He was not a typical rushed, pushing car salesman. He seemed to me the most genuine guy that wanted both him and me to be happy. The dealership should be happy to have him and I'm sure he'll do outstanding things there. The rest of the staff I encountered were all professional and pleasant. I met Scott (Manager), Savannah (Internet Sales) and a sweet woman at the front desk. They all made me feel at ease and made the process easy. I traded in a 2012 Chevy Cruze and they gave me max trade value, as well as a wonderful deal on a new 2014 Sonata 2.0T. I would be more than willing to recommend this dealership to friends and family alike. This is the first time I would actually do this. I've purchased 8 new vehicles. More
