We have each place a chance to win us away from Hyundai. I bought a new Santa Fe back in 07 and finally knew it was time to advance to new safety features and styles. The car has been great for so long. We finally knew it was meant to be with Hyundai as we have 2 others in our family. Our salesman was Anthony Rivera and he gave great insight without coming off as pushy or overbearing. He even came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of today. The manager was David Parks and he made us feel valued as prospective customers. Finally, we had attentive service by Sean Kashani in the finance area. He went thru all our numbers and explained the details of our extended warranty with all the registration paperwork. We are happy with our car and all is has to offer. A great benefit is paying a mijnor cost for lifetime oil change. This place makes you feel like family and wants to keep you in the family. More

They agreed to replace front struts as part of purchase agreement. When I picked up car, they did not align it after replacing struts so steering was way out of spec. Also noticed after pickup that a rear seat head rest was missing. Called and asked and was told by sales person that I bought it "as is". Also found out a week after purchase that 2 out of 3 front motor mounts were cracked and broken and that the 3rd party inspector missed it because all of the leaking hydraulic fluid from the mount had been pressure washed off. Dealership had claimed they did a "safety inspection" of the vehicle, but I find that hard to believe. Additionally, the radio settings for fade and balance were set to mask that one of the front speakers was blown. I cannot recommend Hyundai of Kennesaw. More

Their online inventory showed a 2017 Elantra that I was interested in, and it had just come in that morning. I walked in, no appointment was needed, and walked out with the car I wanted. I wrote a monthly payment on a piece of paper, and Hassan made it work. No haggling, no pushback, no “hardball.” I do not work for this dealership, just a happy customer who feels that HoK deserves recognition. More

I test drove the car we had our eye on the 2018 Iconiq. Nicole King my sales person recommend that I also test drive the 2014 Sonata Hybrid. She me helped understand the difference between the two cars and was willing to run the numbers for me on both cars and really help me explore my options. I bought the 2014 Sonata Hybrid CPO at a great price. Sean Kashini in finance was great to work with, he talked to me (not at me) and answered all my questions. Sana Naeem a Product Specialist also spent time with me explaining the ResitAll. I meet many people in the dealership and everyone was friendly and pleasant. This is my 3rd purchase from this dealer. They are always good to work with, and I honestly believe the sales and service just keeps getting better every time. I love my Hyundai's and recommend this car manufacturer and this dealership!
