The parade of people pushing products thereafter made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. It seemed like I was being sapped for more money at every turn. While I know that some people may find those products advantageous, all it did was sour me to the experience. After 2 1/2 hours I almost walked out. You have fantastic vehicles and fantastic people to sell them. The closing process needs to be re-evaluated though. I have already agreed to give you my money...don't keep trying to get more. That's the way it felt to me. More
