Terrible Experience Last Sunday afternoon, I met my friend at the dealership to offer her moral support and to inquire about a possible lease for myself. When we pulled Last Sunday afternoon, I met my friend at the dealership to offer her moral support and to inquire about a possible lease for myself. When we pulled up, there were three men standing in the front of the dealership. No one had any branding on to identify them as employees. One approached both of us, without identifying himself or asking our names, he asked how he could help us and insisted he could help both of us despite my asking him three times for someone else. After sitting at his desk for over 20 minutes as he helped my friend, I got up and walked the sales floor, even got in a car, but still no one approached me to offer assistance. I wondered back to the desk. Asked another employee what the salesman's name was. Meb finally found another salesman to help me. John was great. He listened to what I wanted, and found the car I was looking for. My experience was turning around until I returned from a test drive, My friend approached me and John and was finished at the dealership. While she was there to purchase her leased car, Meb was setting her up for a new car that she didn't want. She came by to tell me that he had completely wasted her time and the finance manager told her that she was making a mistake to buy her own car even though there was nothing on the lot comparable to her car. As she sat waiting on me, the finance manager, Dan came over and started airing her business at my sales appointment. Christy told him she wasn't interested. A few minutes later, Dan came to talk to me. Dan told me that I had such negative equity in my current car that I should "park the car on bad side of town" and hope that my insurance paid for it. My car was in a rear end collision; however, was repaired by a certified body shop. Dan continued to say that the car wouldn't be used for much more than scrap metal, and so he said that until I hit the lottery, I would not be getting a car from them. Dan should never be allowed to talk to any customers much less women customers. More

However, My last car buying experience 3 years ago with Kia was the absolute worst, so I was a little hesitant to walk into any dealership after that. However, due to a recent car accident I needed a new car. A friend of mine who purchased from this dealership a few weeks earlier just raved about her car buying experience, and her sales person Nadia. She convinced me to just go in and talk. I did just that, and worked with Nadia as well. She took her time helping me find the right car that was within my budget, and I was only there a short time before I walked out with a 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport. I have never been happier with a new car, but the buying experience was really easy and smooth. I didn't spend 10 hours at the dealership either like at my last horrible buying experience, and I drove off in my new car loving life! Thank you Nadia and Hyundai! More
