I have purchased/traded 4+ vehicles form Chrysler/GM/Kia over the years, and I have never been treated as well as I was with Hyundai of Kennesaw. I was greeted appropriately, without being attacked as I arrived or left standing around wondering if the place sold cars. From the moment Austin started working with me I felt that he was truly interested in getting me into exactly what I was looking for. The deal process was fair, and I was not left for an obnoxious amount of time for the visits to the sales manager. My counter on the trade value was met fairly. The closing/options associate was knowledgeable and picked up on what I was interested in and did not waste time on other options. The introduction to the service staff and area was pleasant. I was very impressed with the service layout; I hate dropping my car off and then being shuttle through the sales floor to a back room to wait for my car to be ready. I may buy my next car from Hyundai of Kennesaw for the service area layout alone, we'll see how it goes with the warranty/service plan, and unlimited oil changes.
