WORST- I PAID MONEY for TIRE ROTATION. REALLY? The worst experience with this dealership. I bought a new Hyundai Elantra last year from another dealership and it is metered only 20,000 miles as of The worst experience with this dealership. As a service provider, the tire rotation should be free as it is free at any dealership and any automobile service provider. However, "Hyundai Kennesaw" does not provide free tire rotation just because I purchased a car from another Hyundai dealer. I mean, thats not my fault. I dont understand the logic of Hyundai as a brand in terms of service. The company should understand that it can spoil the image of brand and can loose customer if the customer does not get after sales service. More
