Our first Hyundai (a 2005 Elantra) lasted over 260,000 miles with nothing more than standard maintenance, so deciding to buy our 2015 and 2017 Sonata's was a no brainer. As usual the customer service was excellent. We always deal with Sam Janjooa for all of our automobile purchases and he has always been Awesome! He goes above and beyond expectations to ensure that we are satisfied with our purchase, and he builds strong relationships with his customers. We always feel comfortable in dealing with him, which will , and will continue to give him the highest personal recommendation to anyone who is searching for an auto to purchase. Sam has my highest respect and admiration, and is a real asset to the Hyundai of Kennesaw team. I would also like to commend two additional employees - both of whom I would say are real assets to Hyundai of Kennesaw. - Bart who originally was our sales contact as Sam was off for the evening, was extremely helpful in helping us see the vehicle we had selected, even though we advised him that we would only purchase from Sam. He continued to be helpful and courteous even though he had "no skin in the game" he even stayed late to make sure all of our questions were addressed. - Also would like to recognize Arnaldo, who put together the final sales package etc. the next evening. He was quick and courteous and a total pleasure to deal with. He took time to explain all of the documentation etc. (although I understand this is typically not his primary duty). Again as we both work until late, he stayed until the job was complete and we were totally satisfied. As a professional manager myself, I can appreciate excellent employees who are dedicated to their product and professional customer service. In my dealings with the Hyundai of Kennesaw staff, I must say that all of them are extremely professional and customer focused. More
