One of the most stressful days of my life Finance guy was absolutely aggressive about the extended warranty, would not take 'no' for an answer. This was my first ever car buying experience a Finance guy was absolutely aggressive about the extended warranty, would not take 'no' for an answer. This was my first ever car buying experience and it turned out to be one of the most stressful days of my life, due to the experience I received with the finance department. Sales person did his job ok, but the finance department guy was absolutely awful. My parents were with me to help guide me through this first experience and to help pay the down payment. He tried to rush us by saying there were others waiting to meet with him - there was no one else buying a car that day, the entire dealership was empty. The finance guy talked my mom out of co-signing with me, when we asked to co-sign, he did everything he could to stop that, and did not want to answer any questions my parents had raised - he wanted to only answer to me and was extremely rude, at one point even ignoring them as if they weren't in the room. One of the worst experiences of my life, I felt extremely stressed after that finance session due to the finance guy. We didn't even get to leave that day with the car - we had to come back the next day to pick it up. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
