Love our new Santa Fe Our experience was excellent. The only thing I have to say negative is when it comes time to sign the papers for financing....the finance person was Our experience was excellent. The only thing I have to say negative is when it comes time to sign the papers for financing....the finance person was a little pushy about us buying the extended warranty. I understand it is his job to upsell every car purchase but it made the signing of the papers way too long. He was nice and appeared to have our best interest at heart but as the conversation progressed he appeared to get defensive. I understand because he spent a lot of time talking to me and my husband over the phone to tell the benefits of the extended warranty.....but bottom line is we didn't want to spend any more money on our new car. Other than that....I would recommend my friends to buy a Hyundai and purchase it at Kennesaw Hyundai. Cindy Hendrix More

Buyers BEWARE - These people are liars . When I bought a brand new car in 2014 they sold me an "Easy Care" service contract that they told me would completely cover tires. I was intrigued a . When I bought a brand new car in 2014 they sold me an "Easy Care" service contract that they told me would completely cover tires. I was intrigued and they said that paying the $1477 would be worth it because it would cover the cost of new tires when they were needed. Here we are 3 years later and guess what, "balding tires" are not covered....and this was something I specifically asked about. I am so disappointed, again. I was considering getting a new Sonata next year, but this is the last time they will upset me. I am going somewhere else and it will not be a hyundai dealership. Sorry Saj, your management and finance department just lost you two customers. More

poor service department have brought my 2013 elantra in for servicing numerous times for rear brake light keeps going out. Was under warranty they said they couldn't find any have brought my 2013 elantra in for servicing numerous times for rear brake light keeps going out. Was under warranty they said they couldn't find anything wrong why this keeps happening. Never get called with an update, I always have to call them. Trying to get someone to answer the service department is a joke! Finally had to bring my car back b/c brake light went out again now they say they found a short and they fixed it. We shall see if they did. My warranty will be up in 2,000 miles I just don't trust this dealership. It definitely feels like they don't try to look for the problem so you come back and spend your $$$ when the warranty expires. They don't put the customer first. This place needs an overhaul and some good people to come in and show this company how to treat their customers right and be honest and fix the problems the first time. More
