Less then 30 minutes later Mike instructed Terry what could be done and Terry in turn explained everything to me. An hour later I was in my new car. As a joke I mentioned to Terry there better be a big red bow on my car when they deliver it. Quess what, when I walked outside to inspect the car a big red bow was sitting on the hood. In essence, I have bought over 30 vehicles in my life time. This will go down as being the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. More
