went to buy one G80 and bought Two my husband and I shopped extensively for a new car with driver assist package. after test driving many cars, we decided to buy a Genesis. we first vis my husband and I shopped extensively for a new car with driver assist package. after test driving many cars, we decided to buy a Genesis. we first visited a Marietta Genesis dealership and they were untruthful about being able to locate the car with the package in the color we requested. we got in the car and drive out to the Kennasaw dealership to see if you had the exact car we were looking for. the staff and salesman had everything we were asking for and more. I fell in love with the G80 Sport and bought that too. More

Non-Existent Customer Service After waiting 10 days for an appointment, I arrive at my scheduled time and there is 1 customer being helped; 5 service techs standing around ignoring After waiting 10 days for an appointment, I arrive at my scheduled time and there is 1 customer being helped; 5 service techs standing around ignoring me. No welcome, we'll be with you in a minute comment just silence. Finally I say I have an appointment. Then they respond we'll be with you soon. Then I overhear they are helping "walk-in customers BEFORE customers who have made an appointments. Everyone leaves the front desk for about 10 minutes; I wait. Finally 1 guy returns and checks me in. The only nice guy there was Darius the shuttle car driver. Everyone else rude. Service process very disorganized. Apparently service techs have to check you in on the computer than hand-carry the request to a mechanic. No use of cell phones, texts, emails etc to connect with Mechanics or Shuttle Drivers. Later when I returned for my vehicle it wasn't ready ... more wait time. Worst service at a Hyundai dealer ever. More
