Amazing Dealership with the Greatest team My first Hyundai purchase was from another dealership, which the sales staff was great but the service department left me feeling used and abused and My first Hyundai purchase was from another dealership, which the sales staff was great but the service department left me feeling used and abused and cheated. So, when Hyundai of Kennesaw came to town it was refreshing to feel like I was valued as a customer in all areas, from the salesperson, to finance as well as the exceptional service I received each time I brought my car in for service. I highly recommend Hyundai of Kennesaw not only for the cars they sell and service but the awesome team of people they employ. More

1.5 to 2 hours for and oil change?! Called yesterday regarding coming in for an oil change, and they said just drive in and we will take care of you. Waited at the desk over 10 minutes, before being acknowledged by an associate passing by. Others sitting and staring at their computers, and the one that was helping a customer was busy upselling filters and flushes to an unsuspecting young disabled man. You should be ashamed! Anyway, the kind young lady that finally asked me if I had been helped, said about an hour and a half to two hours for an oil change. Mine are supposed to be free for life, but when it takes up to two hours of my time, that's not free - it's about $200. Even though they are supposedly free, I'll be paying for my oil changes from now on in Cartersville - in and out in 25 minutes! With a sales team that's top notch at customer service, how does ownership allow the service area to be so poorly managed? I'll probably buy elsewhere next time due to this service. More

2017 Hyundai Sonata Our salesman was great. The only thing that was frustrating is how the car was detailed for my purchase. There were a few scratches on my car where I Our salesman was great. There were a few scratches on my car where I was told I would need to bring it in on a Monday to have a certain person of the service staff buff the scratches out, with my weekly schedule getting to the dealership on a Monday is hard so I am basically just having to deal with the scratches. Also, my car looked like they rushed to detail it when they had all day before I came to pick the vehicle up (they were aware I was purchasing the car around 11am and I told them I wouldn't be there until after work at 6pm to pick it up). The back window was so smugged that I asked them to reclean it which they did when I had to take my car back the next day because my back bumper wasn't fully fastened on. I ended up taking my car to get detailed somewhere else the next day because at night time I couldn't see out the window well. I'm More

No bull; no pressure; just great service and fair pricing. Hicham Kidari was our sales consultant, and he was superb! He knew the products, and answered our questions clearly and accurately. He is very sharp and very friendly as well. My wife and I both really liked dealing with him. The Finance Manager, Sean Kashani, was also excellent. The whole process was efficient and quick. And, we got a great deal on the car with a very fair allowance on our trade. I don't ever write reviews, so this is unusual praise coming from me. I will recommend this dealership to anyone. More
