Todd Shelley made car shopping a fun, informative experience. I explained that I didn't make quick decisions om big purchases. He completely understood and assured me I DESERVED great service and a good sales experience. Chris the sales manager came out, sat at the desk and talked through all my concerns about pricing and then met the price I was hoping for. Finally, I met with Sean Kashani to finalize payment and the loan .... and completely panicked!! He patiently walked through the APR, down payment and loan payments (8 times) until I understood and was comfortable with everything. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Best of all, I LOVE my 2018 Sonata. More
