Sohail did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our new Hyundai Elantra. Sohail lets us test drive alone which is so key to being able to make an unpressured decision on purchasing. We test drove a Genesis coupe, an Elantra and Sonata Hybrid and decided to save a little money and go with the Elantra. Scott in financing was able to match our credit union rate. We are very satisfied customers! More

My purchasing experience with Mr. Robertson was an unexpected pleasure. My intent in visiting Cherokee Hyundai was not to purchase a vehicle, but rather just to get a look at some of Hyundai's high e unexpected pleasure. My intent in visiting Cherokee Hyundai was not to purchase a vehicle, but rather just to get a look at some of Hyundai's high end models. Upon arriving at the dealership, my wife and I were immediately greeted by a gentelman who identified himself as Lee. He was extremely gracious and personable, which initially made me quite suspicious (after all I was at a car dealership). However, after some time with Mr. Robertson patiently answering my many questions and showing me various vehicles that caught my wife' eye, I soon came to beleive that his courteousness, pleasantness and interest in my concerns were genuine. Mr Robertson worked hard to answer all our questions, giving us access to all the products we requested while his demeanor was unwaveringly friendly. Based on his hard work, and friendliness the customer sevice he rendered was outstanding, making my overall experience at Cherokee Hyundai an unexpected pleasure. I should also add that all of the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were highly professional and helpfull, so much so, that I ended up purchasing 2012 Genesis that I really had no particular need for. In the past, we found that purchasing a car, be it used or new, is very stressful. Most often we were dealing with a salesperson who stuck to us like glue, wouldn't let us browse around and was constantly or new, is very stressful. Most often we were dealing with a salesperson who stuck to us like glue, wouldn't let us browse around and was constantly in our face, so to speak, trying to wheel and deal. Not so with our saleperson, Katrina. On our first visit she was extremely cordial but not overbearing, and for us, that would have been a complete turnoff. She helped us to find the type of car we were interested in and stepped back while we we discussed it. We weren't ready for a test drive at this point, but she reassured us that if we had questions to call her. She was able to quote financing rates and informed us of any deals going on at the time. We did find a vehicle of interest, but weren't ready to commit to anything on our first visit. Katrina gave us her card, wished us well in our search and let us know we could contact her if we had questions. We came back on the weekend, took a test drive with an extremely informed saleperson who answered all of our questions, and decided to buy the car. Katrina arranged for us to visit with the Finance Manager, Scott, who was enjoyable to say the least. He took our information, in a few minutes we were approved. I couldn't believe we bought a car in less than two hours! This whole experience was actually fun and I know that when we come back for any reason, we'll be treated as the most important people in the room. More
I gave all "great" ratings because my car buying experience was that, great. As soon as I walked through the doors I felt comfortable and relaxed. Upon speaking with Lee Robertson I felt even better about the experience. He talked to me as a person and really cared about me and what I was buying. Once the numbers were shown and it was not what we thought they took the time to work with me and ended up getting me a fantastic deal on the exact car I wanted, not one that was close to my model and color, but my exact vehicle. In addition to that Lee sat with me and the vehicle and we played around with the vehicle until I felt comfortable to leave and know what all the car was capable of. They go above and beyond at Cherokee Hyundai. Great service all around. More

Usually "car buying" is a very difficult process and an overall miserable experience. But, I have to say, this purchase was by far the best one yet. Leslie pollak was our sales consultant process and an overall miserable experience. But, I have to say, this purchase was by far the best one yet. Leslie pollak was our sales consultant and he is one of the nicest people we have ever met! He was thourough and knowledgable about every question we asked. After the purchase, wecame back for a small repair and he exceeded our expectations again! We have refferred another friend to Leslie for a future car purchase. I was looking for a used car and had been to the dealership a month ago. He was very low key and allowed me to test drive different vehicles. He allowed me to take the car I was interested in, home to show my husband and return later that day. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, James John met with me on the financing. He was very friendly and professional. When I left with the vehicle, Mr. Sadiq was more than kind in providing a cargo mat and hookup for the Ipod. A few days after the purchase I received a call from the dealership to see if everything was going well. I am very impressed with their customer service and the car!! I have not used the service department yet, but I am hoping that I experience the same quality of service that I received in the sales. More
