All of the employees were VERY friendly. Scott went above & beyond his job duties to get us this car. Shawn made us feel just as important as a customer coming in and buying the most expensive car on the lot & beyond his job duties to get us this car. The lady at reception brought a menu, forks, napkins & paper plates for us when we ordered some food one night while we waited in the show room (that's when Scott was making calls trying to get us our car). This is the BEST experience I've EVER had at a car dealership. I've recommended all of my family, friends & co-workers to Cherokee Hyundai. I will go there again in a couple of years to trade in my car & get another one. I went to every car dealership on the Barrett Lakes strip & this place caught my attention right away with their warm welcome, attentive employees & EXCELLENT customer service. I ended up at Cherokee because of a test drive of a used Sonata at a nearby Ford dealer. Those folks lost me in the negotiations and unrealistic financing rates. Steve Herndon greeted me in the lot and encouraged me to take my time wondering around by myself. This was a Tuesday evening. We found a certified pre-owned Sonata that fit my wants and my price range and I drove it home that night. There was a noise issue that turned out to be two cupped tires. Steve Herndon told me to bring the car to be checked out and the service manager diagnosed the problem. The tires were replaced and my Sonata drives like it is supposed to. I never relish shopping for a car, but these folks at Cherokee never insulted my intelligence. And, I won't be visiting that Ford dealer again. More
