During my visit at DMV, I was able to see the proof of the original title being issued correctly. They have assured me that the problem originated with Hyundai Kennesaw dealership or whoever was processing the paperwork on their behalf. Dishonestly and disrespect for the me as the customer in this process cannot be overstated.
