I purchased Santa Fe 2005 in 2006 & it lasted me 18yrsi and I missed it so much that I had to get another Hyundai…so I called Hyundai and got a very wonderful sales person Chase M. And within 24 hours, I w and I missed it so much that I had to get another Hyundai…so I called Hyundai and got a very wonderful sales person Chase M. And within 24 hours, I was driving out with my Hyundai Venue 2023. Instead of trying to send me a car, he listened to what I wanted. Thank You Chase!!! Even after my car is affected by a major recall,they have the audacity to tell me they will try to scan for a code and if there "no code" they will not fix.The young girl working at service as an "advis have the audacity to tell me they will try to scan for a code and if there "no code" they will not fix.The young girl working at service as an "advisor",tried to convince me and made me believe about this ,but she kept on blinking her eyes as she speaks to me ,because she knows i know its all xx. She gave me some papers ,explaining the procedure as if they r serious bout it.and kept on asking me "does that make any sense??" As if I'm an idiot. They taught her how to try to lie. So yea nice try. After 4 hrs in there ,they came up to me saying they will not fix it because no code is shown.and the manager told me in my face he's not gonna spend over $1000 on parts and labor just because I want. Seriously???!!! We r talking about a safety issue here. Even Hyundai of America asked me not do drive my car. My car has been parked for over 5 months waiting for this recall fix ,and this ain't right. I will deal with Hyundai of america once I get back from my vacation More

Words cannot even express how everyone made me and my son feel. From the minute I submitted online that I was interested in the hyundai tuscon, I got called right away. This lady Daniela who is a sales inter feel. From the minute I submitted online that I was interested in the hyundai tuscon, I got called right away. This lady Daniela who is a sales internet rep called me right away to inquire on what exactly I was looking for. She was very friendly and reassured me that I was going to receive an exceptional customer service because I had explained to her my previous experiences with other dealerships. As soon as me and my 16 year old got there, they made us feel like family. Daniela met me on front of store then she introduced me to Edwin the sales advisor who was so amazing!. His personality was great!. He made jokes, made us feel like we were at home. Everything happen smoothed. Never would I've thought going to a dealer was going to be so relaxing. They let me test drive what I wanted, financial guy which I forgot His name but he is from key west, FL. I have to say wow! Amazing service. Explained everything black n white but in such a good way where me as a single mom raising a 16 year old made me feel so relaxed know that I was a dealership but didn't feel like business. It felt like a building full of family members just trying to help eachother. That's exactly what hyundai of fort myers would make you feel. God bless them. They made our dream come true. Bless them. I will definitely go back in February when my son turns 17 to try and get a nice used cars as I kmow my son will be in good hands with them.
