So, after receiving response saying they want to make it right, I sent my phone number. Did I receive a call? NO!!! Of course, if their service dept is horrible, why should I expect the General Manager to be any better? Just reinforces my decision never to buy another vehicle from them! PS...was told the part would take 7-10 days to get...it's been 16 business days & not a word!
