Great service recd. We have purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership and will keep coming back

Almost three hours for an oil change and tire rotation? It shouldn't have taken that long

Would have 5 stars except they did not have the recall part we needed even though we scheduled the recall servce at least 2 weeks in advance. We live in Ohio and scheduled the servce well in advance. Although our car had only 1284 miles on it, we scheduled an oil change si ce we were going to be at the dealer anyway. So we got a oul change we didn't really need, and did not get the recall service done. Now we have to schedule another appointment once the part comes in. Very inconvenient.

Diala went above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent experience at the Ft. Myers service center. She even responded to me on her day off. I have already recommended this location to my friends who own a Hyundia.

We were towed to the dealership with a flat tire.Dairelis was our service manager. She had to work through the process of having the tires ordered through parts, then deal with the warranty company to get the tires replaced. She made a bad situation a lot better. She pulled up a loaner car and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

Best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle in along time. I will definitely go to this dealership again.
