Back in September of this year I brought my vehicle in to replace a weather strip. I had to wait nearly two weeks to get the part delivered and installed. The part was installed incorrectly. The window loo replace a weather strip. I had to wait nearly two weeks to get the part delivered and installed. The part was installed incorrectly. The window looked horrible. I brought the vehicle back and now they have to order another part. I have a o wait another week for it to arrive and reschedule to come in and have it installed. If the work was done correctly the 1st time I wouldn’t have to waste all this time coming back to the service department. Very disconcerting that your tech crew provides this quality of work results. This is the third strike. First two time’s forgot to reset oil light. This time they replace window regulator. Driving home I thought my hearing was off. I was greeted immediately and with a very good service advisor. He even arranged a ride to and from a local restaurant while we had my vehicle serviced. I received a call on my cell letting me know my v advisor. He even arranged a ride to and from a local restaurant while we had my vehicle serviced. I received a call on my cell letting me know my vehicle was ready and he would send a car to pick us up.. Probably some of the best service that I have ever experienced. Thanks so much. More
