That is a form response and totally insincere. As stated in my review, the dealership has my phone number and email, and my postal address is on the service forms. So ALL of my contact information is available to the General Manager. But instead of contacting me to resolve my dissatisfaction, I get TWO identical messages in my email, not from the Manager's work email but from Dealer Rater. This is the typical response that tries to show the public that the dealer gives a sweet xxxx, when they absolutely do not.
