Horrible experience. Had a 1p appointment for an oil change and horn malfunction. Had to call over 20 times are 5p and finally got my advisor at 5:40pm that nothing was Had a 1p appointment for an oil change and horn malfunction. Had to call over 20 times are 5p and finally got my advisor at 5:40pm that nothing was done to my car. 2 days before Christmas. What did you do with my car for 5 hours?? No call, no update. NO SERVICE. No call to let me know that repairs weren't done. They weren't even going to let me know they were going to keep my car if i didn't keep calling. I NEEDED MY CAR BACK THAT NIGHT. YOU DON'T GET TO NOT DO THE REPAIR AND THEN KEEP MY CAR. After All day of waiting and arranging rides. No service was done on my car. I needed my car back for Christmas and couldn't wait until the next day. Thank you for ruining my christmas and not completing any repair. Another terrible dealer experience. After I get my oil change and horn repaired, I will be selling my car as to never have to deal with hyundia service again. More
The sales manager, Lewis, is rude, terrible and shady. Ended up buying a 2023 Nissan kicks SR, nice vehicle. The sales person, Bill Karells, was nice . By the time I got to the sales manager, Lewis, and sat down in his office, it was about 4 hours into the whole ordeal. Sales manager, Lewis, says one thing and did another with my trade in value and adding extras I didn't ask for nor wanted!! By that time of going through everything that the sales manager, Lewis, rushed me through, and trying to get him, Lewis, to explain things in detail and him being vague about things, it then was going on 5 hours I had been there. I didn't ask for a "General maintenance package" that cost me $1190.00, I also told Sales manager, Lewis, to take off all the other xx crap he was trying to slide into my contracts, paperwork, ect... I ended up just keeping the general maintenance, even though it's outrageously expensive and something don't need, because it was already a lot of hours into this whole thing, and I was over trying to talk with and get answers from Lewis, sales manager. He, sales manager Lewis was rude, rushed me through everything, over talked me and talked down to me, he changed the trade in value from what he had told and showed me on paper, me earlier, to a big amount less. That's shady and not right. Terrible person! DO NOT DEAL WITH THE SALES MANAGER LEWIS!!! He is not a good person at all. I even had to go back into dealership 2 days later, to find him and get the other papers he was supposed to print out for me same day I was there. Also realized he didn't give me all the paperwork for the "general maintenance" that he, lewis, tried to hide and toss into it all. So I had to call, yet AGAIN to request he email all 3 papers to me today, December 26th, 2024. He said ok, however, was of course rude. I did not ask for this crap service on top of the over priced amount I ended up having to pay for the vehicle. It's all a big scam. They try and add GAP. GENERAL MAINTENANCE and other crap no one needs! Don't get it and don't buy from these sales managers. Esp Lewis. Bill Karells is a good sales person. He needs to go to a different dealership. I do like the vehicle I purchased. However, it was way over priced and sales manager was a jerk and tried to add all these EXTRAS on I didn't ask for nor wanted. He is shady. Not an honest person at all. Beware of sales managers. More
