In August I came in to set up a repair to the grill of my car…I pointed out that the usb plug seemed to be shorting out as well…I was told that when the part came in I would bring it in for the repair and th car…I pointed out that the usb plug seemed to be shorting out as well…I was told that when the part came in I would bring it in for the repair and they would take care of both issues then…never heard back that the part was in never contact to come in for a repair…finally I came by to try to get some answers on the part status…when I talked to one of the ten people behind the counter with zero people beside me being “helped”, they asked who my agent had been I told them and the reply was he won’t be in for a couple days??? Mind numbing but I left in disgust as I had to pick my child up from school…the other day after tolerating the sketchy usb connection and seeing the grill piece look worse and worse I called…I asked for pets to see if the grill piece was in…they told it was and had long ago been sent back??? I said no one called me to have me schedule the repair…the laughed and said that’s our customer service for you…I asked them to order the part again and transfer me to the service folks and my agent specifically…long and short went to voice mail…I left one…no call back for days so I called again and right to voice after someone said they would transfer me to him…called back and asked for a manager…right to voice upon transfer…eventually my agent called me back after what I’m sure was and agitated call/voicemail from me…I told him I needed to come in for an oil change and to have the other issues addressed because I know they have the part my part has just come in on reorder…he said he’d have to check and get back to me shortly…two days later he called to schedule the service on a day that was convenient for Hyundai…and a day he wasn’t there…I got my oil change and the grill fixed and after saying no to the 15,00 mile services I did not want, still was pushed to get an AC service I didn’t want…no one looked at the original work order and fixed the usb issue and in twice the number of hours I was told it would take I was out the door…lousy service…yep if I was asked about Fort Myers Hyundai, I’d say great sales…good parts department…absolute garbage service More
