Quick and easy I knew what I wanted and had a very short time. Janice was very nice, and not pushy at all. They unfortunately did not have the color that I wanted. Instead made some calls and was able to find the color at another dealer. They had it delivered the next day and i now have the style and color that i wanted! More

We have a list of different suv’s We wanted to test drive and compare before making a decision. It was a week and half later before we decided to go back and test drive one more time. We had narrowed down the search to two brands and felt we needed to drive once more. It was late and she was off work but met us at the dealership anyway. She was a pleasure to work with. The entire staff that we spoke with was friendly and helpful. They truly seem to want to help us and they did. We are very pleased with the customer service we received and the car we purchased. We recommend the dealership. More
Not just NO!!! Never using this service center again Took my car in for 40k service plus a couple of issues. There is no communication here - called 3 times just to see if my car was ready for pick-up. N Took my car in for 40k service plus a couple of issues. There is no communication here - called 3 times just to see if my car was ready for pick-up. No call was returned even when I enlisted the help of the receptionist. Arrived to see if car was ready waited forever (literally 30 minutes) just to find out that it wasn’t. People were very rude and no customer service...but a lot of excuses by not one, not 2 but 3 people including the GM who have only been in the job 2-3 months. Understood that this dealership needs to start over on personnel but a little customer service training could go a LONG way! When I was able to pick up my car, trash was left inside and my seat had been adjusted to fit whoever was driving it - yes, it was actually saved to #1 position and there was damage to my steering wheel! Continued rude behavior when they were told about this. They actually want me to bring my car back there so they can repair the damage they they. Listen, you didn’t fix the problem that I brought it in for but only created more...I will not bring my car back to you fir any reason ever. I’ll have my car fixed else where and send you the bill. Suggesting to my other Hyundai friends that you do the same...steer clear of this dealership! More

This was due to his staff not submitting the proper documents to the gap company. I asked to speak to the ops manager and was never provided the contact information. More
Easy and fun I had a great experience with purchasing my 2020 palisade. Found it so fast and fell in love. Dyami and Elijah were so helpful and friendly. Excellent salesman and team work I had to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident I was involved in by a negligent driver and when I came to this dealership after searching online t I had to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident I was involved in by a negligent driver and when I came to this dealership after searching online through the True car site, they contacted me immediately. I went and spoke with K J Ragland, who immediately helped me figure out what type of vehicle I needed would be the best value and actually had all the features I could want. Both he and the finance guy, Miguel were so pleasant to work with and I will be more than happy to refer my family and friends there in the future. Thanks for the excellent team work! More
GM implied he would call police because I talked louder 2 trim pieces replaced but 1 piece wasn’t attached. Called customer service 4x: call back Saturday; phone tree; voicemail; parts mgr calls. GM + parts mgr still on call were waiting in parking lot. When I get out of the car. I’m a women. It was intimidating. Each trip to the dealer comes with a list of problems but they aren’t true issues. Spark plugs need replaced. They are new. Everything needs to be flushed. All that and the thing I came in for wasn’t fixed. Both men said they treat women the same. I said it’s possible they treat all customers poorly. I don’t care. I just want my car fixed. GM says “next time” he’s calling police pointing at me bc I raised my voice. 2 men talking over me in the car parking lot seems like I had to raise my voice to be heard. I’m pretty sure they don’t confront men in the dealer parking lot this way. Parts mgr has only been there a few weeks. I’m not sure how he would know if I’ve been treated differently. Plus... I’m a woman at a car repair center! I’m 41, 5’3” and this isn’t the 1st time I’ve had a car repaired. GM won’t fix my car properly but says he will refund me. He says he doesn’t want it “on him”. I go to service. He finds me in there after walking away while talking about the police. He now says he will fix it. I ask him to leave me alone but GM won’t leave. Parts mgr says it’s fixed. GM life and told me that the connector wasn’t turned correctly. They never put the connector in. The part popped right off while I sobbed on the way home talking to Hyundai USA. I don’t think it hit me until I drove away. I shouldn’t have been driving. I was shaking like a leaf. All that said It’s still not fixed. Terrible experience. More
