He was very knowledgeable about this model and never pressured or pushed me for the sale. He was more interested in making sure I knew everything about this vehicle before we discussed any "numbers". When we got to the negotiating there was no constant back & forth between Chris and his management. I told him what I wanted to pay & we worked it out to meet my expectations. Unresponsive to Customer Concerns / No Follow Up I purchased a used vehicle on 8/24/19. Two days later while looking over the car in my driveway I noticed that the front bumper appeared to have sepa I purchased a used vehicle on 8/24/19. Two days later while looking over the car in my driveway I noticed that the front bumper appeared to have separated. The bumper was refurbished prior to the sale and it looks as though it was not properly reinstalled. In addition, I was reviewing the service records in greater detail and found that the vehicle was sold past due a routine oil change. I have made several attempts to contact my sales rep, the director and the GM at the dealership via phone and email over the past 3 weeks, but have yet to receive a return call, or email. It is becoming increasingly obvious that the only thing this dealership cared about was the sale and not the quality of the product and service provided. More

Second Visit We brought the Sonata in last week for 15,000 mile check up Car returned with oil change, tire rotation and inspection Notes at bottom indicated We brought the Sonata in last week for 15,000 mile check up Car returned with oil change, tire rotation and inspection Notes at bottom indicated front end alignment and filthy air filter, it stated the service was denied. The truth was these needed services were not known till I was paying for the oil change. Surprised it was not disclosed under the 15,000 mile service requested prior to pointing the vehicle was ready to leave. Gene Berardi More
Workmanship good, pricey, communications needs work Dropped off car on Saturday before Labor day. I was told the parts would be ordered Saturday and arrive for work to be done Tuesday or Wednesday. So I Dropped off car on Saturday before Labor day. I was told the parts would be ordered Saturday and arrive for work to be done Tuesday or Wednesday. So I left my car hoping for early work Tuesday. When I called Tuesday I was told the parts could not be ordered until Tuesday and that they might arrive Thursday or Friday. I picked up my car Tuesday to bring it back once parts arrived. I received a call Thursday from someone, who didn't realize my car was no longer in the shop, to say work could be done Friday. I dropped off my car late Thursday night using the key drop box. The work was done Friday and they detailed the car for no additional charge. It was expensive, but the workmanship seems ok. Hard to tell since they simply got the sunroof closed up but not functioning (my request since the quote for full operability was $5700 on a car worth only $9000). They forgot to put back the covers over the parts in the sunroof, but I don't think that will take too much for me to put back. More
