For recalls or warranties, this is not the place to go! I had the guys at Scotts AUTO CHECK OUT MY 2013 HYUNDAI TUCSON when it broke down on me 3 weeks ago. They told me about an evident lower engine knocki I had the guys at Scotts AUTO CHECK OUT MY 2013 HYUNDAI TUCSON when it broke down on me 3 weeks ago. They told me about an evident lower engine knocking that could be heard between 2200-2500 rpms as the vehicle was accelerating and that i needed to take it to Hyundai because it fit the description of a very well known recall on their 4cyl engines. They transportated my vehicle there only for them to say they didn't hear the noise at all and they couldnt recreate the scenerio. I still had to pay the $130.00 diagnostic fee but what made me so mad was when i woke up the next morning and starded my car the engin sounded TERRIBLE!! Sure enough, it broke down on me the same day and left me stranded for hours. I called the shop and their liaison said there was nothing he could do unless i got the vehicle there. I was 17 miles away so driving was out of the question and they didnt offer a tow or anything! I have been a loyal Hyundai customer/ owner for 15 years and this is definitely not the kind of service that i used to receive. My next vehicle might very well be a Toyota. More

Yes, I would recommend this service center. Hyundai of Cumming, specifically John Michael, went above and beyond what anyone would have expected. My car had a problem and rather than give up, J Hyundai of Cumming, specifically John Michael, went above and beyond what anyone would have expected. My car had a problem and rather than give up, John Michael researched the situation he found a solution and completed my service request. It took longer than usual, so Hyundai of Cumming was generous enough to let me use a loner vehicle so that my daily routine would not be interrupted. I cannot say enough positive words about this dealership. I know they are new to the area, but are the most diligent, caring dealership with employees that are always there to go to whatever lengths necessary to make you happy. I would recommend tis dealership and this service department to anyone who asks. Thank you Hyundai of Cumming and John Michael for taking care of my situation so professionally and completely. I completed a simple inquiry on-line and received both an email and a phone call soon after. I spoke with Eric Cheney and we discussed what I was looking for and set up a time to meet two days later. At the dealership, my wife and I were greeted immediately and began the car buying process. I am very pleased to say that I was never under any pressure to make a decision. My interaction with Eric was centered around me making the right decision for me. After we came to an agreement on the car I wanted, I met with the finance department and they were just as helpful and courteous as the sales department. Miguel Rosario answered all of our questions and provided us with a clear explanation each step of the way. I would highly recommend Hyundai of Cumming because they not only have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, but the most important thing for me, I was treated as a valuable customer (my first time in the dealership) by all members of the staff. Poor communication Eric did a great job once I was put in contact with him. The issue was that it took 4 days to ultimately talk with anyone after the initial contact. I attempted contact with both Elijah and Jeff to no avail. Finance/Paperwork department was inefficient. Things were not done as requested and when I finally received the title it was incorrectly filled out resulting in me having to register the vehicle with “and” instead of ”or” between the two names. This after requesting of Jay how I needed it completed. Complete failure to listen in this regard. More
Sort of slow I’ve only been to service center twice but Bu both times there was a wait to check in even though there are service associates behind the counter. Both times there has been in woman behind the counter not doing anything but she doesn’t help. Then it took over 2 hours to get serviced. Awesome dealership very friendly people just seem to be slow in the service center. More
Genesis CPO car purchase Dealing with Eric Cheney was a good experience to say the least. His manager Todd was also very helpful and was open to making our sale possible. Eric was on top of his knowledge of the cars we were looking at and pointed out differences that helped us make the right decision. I plan on bringing in my daughter to look for a car in the next few months. More
