Very Disappointed I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, the first appointment of the morning. Three bay doors to the service line with pe I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, the first appointment of the morning. Three bay doors to the service line with people lined up in front of them all and when they opened only two were used. I ended up behind everyone in the other two lanes, many of whom arrived after I did. Once I spoke to a service advisor was told it would be one and a half hours until my vehicle was ready even though I had made the appointment so that I could wait on my vehicle. They also couldn't find in their computer records that they owed me a free oil change and said I had to produce proof and once I did it suddenly appeared on their screen. Additionally, after purchasing this vehicle at this dealership, with heated seats being a prerequisite for purchase, the seats don't heat when it's cold and this service department insists they are up to factory specs. Will be taking my vehicle to another dealership in the future. More
Frustration The car was great and the sales person wonderful but the accounting was a different matter. You have to check the paperwork carefully. They overcharged when the paperwork was done by over $500. We did receive the refund but I had to point out the error. In addition they didn't send in all the money paid at the dealership to the DMV. I had to pay that out of my pocket, again, then call them, again, to point out the error to get the refund. When I called the accountant was pushing to get me off the phone and I had to show them the error. They didn't even acknowledge it at first. The price of the car was very good until they tagged on a ton of extra fees. We were told two keys and only one was provided no refund offered and it will cost us about 60 for a new one. More

I was there a little over 2 hours - not sure what the standard amount of time should be for a scheduled maintenance. But when ever I go in regardless of the reason - 1 hour is the minimum time for me to get out of there. More

Customer service Called to make appointment for a recall and oil change. Was given a 3 hour time. Brought car in and arranged for my husband to pick me up. Went in and stood waiting. Told to take a seat. After 15 min and one inquiry by me Damian came over to talk to me. He said the part needs to be ordered. Needless to say I got a little upset. From that point I was treated Like I was the problem. I did stay to get the oil change. No discount for my time. No apology. I had to ask if they would order the part and call me. An abrupt yes was the response. I did get the service manager involved and he was no help. Again no apology for my wasted time. Approximately two weeks later I received a call, but did not recognize the number. No message left on my phone. I called back next day and asked if the recall part was in and set up an appt. I can’t remember the name of the women, but she was polite. Then I received a call from Damian. He said he got a message I wanted to talk to him. I said no. I explained I had an appointment for recall. He was abrupt and conversation ended. A few minutes later I got a call from Debra who wanted to set up my appt for the recall. I explained I had already spoken to Damian and another person and had an appt. She told me Damian could not set up appt and I could not speak to him because he was busy out in the shop. At that point I started laughing and told her that this was the third phone call to set up appt. I think I said you guys need to communicate better with each other. I brought car in for recall. Once again had to stand and wait. After ten minutes Damian took my keys. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I like my car and was considering purchasing a new one. I will not be buying another Hyundai and will never go to this dealership again. Rude and unprofessional is the standard here. More
