Sales was OK, delivery had some gaps In general the sales experience from my side was not bad. First visit there was not hard sale, once I decided to proceed, of course they wanted to kn In general the sales experience from my side was not bad. First visit there was not hard sale, once I decided to proceed, of course they wanted to know if you will buy today then we'll make a deal. Wife had attempt to arrange to purchase the car or at least set things up as a surprise over email given she was out of the country, responses such message were not helpful. Other emails from me on status, of car, etc. were also not always followed up on. Did not have time to pickup the car the day of purchase so they had the next day to prepare the car. Did not have full tank of gas, did not have the SD card installed for navigation system. Did not have the red bow (for the surprise), so a few let downs on that side that required another visit. On getting there at 9:20, location opened at 9:00, doors were still locked. Had to wait for someone to come and let me in. More
