Shady - with poor ethics - great finance guy, though if you find a good price online - TAKE A SCREEN SHOT - they'll change the price on you and deny it. Found a vehicle, drove 45 minutes to get there, if you find a good price online - TAKE A SCREEN SHOT - they'll change the price on you and deny it. Found a vehicle, drove 45 minutes to get there, and noticed on the paperwork the price was $1000 more than what was listed online. They told me I was wrong and that I never saw that. There are 3-4 people who DID see it. I went online to show them, and it was changed and they denied changing it. I'm not an idiot, and they KNOW the truth. If the vehicle wasn't needed, I'd have left and never come back. The finance guy was very nice, and the only one who treated us with respect. I think the salesman knew the truth, I almost felt bad for him, but what can you do when your boss is arrogant and unwilling to admit error? Someone changed that price online - and they know it. Took too long. 2 hours to change a tire. Needed a replacement tire. Had an appointment. Tire was in stock. Watched the repair staff stand around chating and drinking sodas. Car was taken back sat for 45 minutes while your team did nothing. Mechanic came got my tire out of the trunk and disappeared for another 20 minutes. Retuned and kept getting in and out of my car not sure why. It was a tire repair. Retrieved the owners manual looked at it then just threw it back in the car. Your cameras showed it all. You really need people who want to work. More
