You can imagine the wide range of business practices that I experienced. I must say that this dealership won me over because it listened to "my needs" and acted upon them rather than just "trying to sell me something." I have high praise for my sales professional, Vern O'Cain, and recommend him without reservation for anyone wishing to own a new vehicle. You may not wish to own a Hyundai. Dalton was attentive, understanding and took time to explain work that was done, as well as keeping me informed of all status updates. He helped to facilitate and justify approval of areas that were borderline covered by Hyundai with the mileage on my vehicle. This went above and beyond what most retail businesses perform these days and he set the standard for excellence. Very happy with my visit thanks to Dalton and the service center. There were a couple of things missed during the multi-point inspection that were somewhat obvious, but there were also many items to address as well. More

Shady - with poor ethics - great finance guy, though if you find a good price online - TAKE A SCREEN SHOT - they'll change the price on you and deny it. Found a vehicle, drove 45 minutes to get there, if you find a good price online - TAKE A SCREEN SHOT - they'll change the price on you and deny it. Found a vehicle, drove 45 minutes to get there, and noticed on the paperwork the price was $1000 more than what was listed online. They told me I was wrong and that I never saw that. There are 3-4 people who DID see it. I went online to show them, and it was changed and they denied changing it. I'm not an idiot, and they KNOW the truth. If the vehicle wasn't needed, I'd have left and never come back. The finance guy was very nice, and the only one who treated us with respect. I think the salesman knew the truth, I almost felt bad for him, but what can you do when your boss is arrogant and unwilling to admit error? Someone changed that price online - and they know it.
