Took too long. 2 hours to change a tire. Needed a replacement tire. Had an appointment. Tire was in stock. Watched the repair staff stand around chating and drinking sodas. Car was taken Needed a replacement tire. Had an appointment. Tire was in stock. Watched the repair staff stand around chating and drinking sodas. Car was taken back sat for 45 minutes while your team did nothing. Mechanic came got my tire out of the trunk and disappeared for another 20 minutes. Retuned and kept getting in and out of my car not sure why. It was a tire repair. Retrieved the owners manual looked at it then just threw it back in the car. Your cameras showed it all. You really need people who want to work. More

Awesome!!! I walked out onto the lot, a gentleman by the name of Manny? I'm not sure about that but I believe that was his name. Very helpful and very sweet. When he returned, he returned with Dwayne, a gentleman that I had spoken with on the phone and he took over from there. Manny was very nice about it and left us to talk with Dwayne. He is AWESOME! He talked with us and made us feel very comfortable and we discussed our situation and he listen very intently and then talked with his boss and the two of them worked out a wonderful deal for me and I am very happy with the experience and the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, Dwayne Palmer introduced himself and worked really hard to help us find "THE" one... Process of purchase and financing was fast, but I will say financing rep needed to explain (with a brochure spelling out specifics) the service contracts and warranties added to the basic warranty!!! STILL waiting for that clarification, for 3 days now. Once that is cleared up, we will be square. More
