Oil change I went in the other day to get an oil change and was told I need a new battery $139. My quest to trade a vehicle that I was willing to retain and one that I really loved driving had reached six weeks in duration. In short, I didn't have to buy a new car. You can imagine the wide range of business practices that I experienced. I must say that this dealership won me over because it listened to "my needs" and acted upon them rather than just "trying to sell me something." I have high praise for my sales professional, Vern O'Cain, and recommend him without reservation for anyone wishing to own a new vehicle. You may not wish to own a Hyundai. Dalton was attentive, understanding and took time to explain work that was done, as well as keeping me informed of all status updates. He helped to facilitate and justify approval of areas that were borderline covered by Hyundai with the mileage on my vehicle. This went above and beyond what most retail businesses perform these days and he set the standard for excellence. Very happy with my visit thanks to Dalton and the service center. There were a couple of things missed during the multi-point inspection that were somewhat obvious, but there were also many items to address as well. More
