Service and added 2 other items to be looked at When i made the appointment i requested that the driver door and seat be looked at and the service person noted it on the work order. New Car and now a new tire I got a screw in my new tire only got to put 6,000 miles on the car, the placement of the screw required me to purchase a new tire. Of course the deal I got a screw in my new tire only got to put 6,000 miles on the car, the placement of the screw required me to purchase a new tire. Of course the dealership gave me their quote, but I was always told they charge higher so go elsewhere. I tried that and after 2 visits and no tire onsite or call to tell me, so I wouldn't drive. I ended up going back to the dealership, the price was only a $15-20 difference, but I lost 3 days of my time. Of course the friendly and professional staff got me right in and on my way with no additional hassle, not to mention the free car wash. So maybe in the past dealerships where more pricey, but Hyundai of Cumming have hard working, caring, compassionate staff, that strives in great customer service and experience. So my services will remain with them. Thank you Dalton & Andre - you fella's ROCK! More

Always happy with the service I receive! While I was shocked and SORELY disappointed to hear that Joel Allen was no longer there, I did receive excellent care in the Service center. However, you guys messed up BIG TIME letting Joel go - There's a reason that so many customers (not to mention EMPLOYEES) have followed him to various dealerships! Shame on whoever made this ludicrous decision! But since this review is specific to the service center, it's an A+! More

Great customer service! I worked with Dalton Fisher. While my car was there they performed a “safety” check and they identified things that needed attention. There was no attempt to push me into buying these services. For that reason when I returned to have warranty work done, I chose one of the services to have complete.
