Replaced headlight and brake light I had a headlight and brake light go out and needed them replaced ASAP, as we were going out of town. New Car and now a new tire I got a screw in my new tire only got to put 6,000 miles on the car, the placement of the screw required me to purchase a new tire. Of course the deal I got a screw in my new tire only got to put 6,000 miles on the car, the placement of the screw required me to purchase a new tire. Of course the dealership gave me their quote, but I was always told they charge higher so go elsewhere. I tried that and after 2 visits and no tire onsite or call to tell me, so I wouldn't drive. I ended up going back to the dealership, the price was only a $15-20 difference, but I lost 3 days of my time. Of course the friendly and professional staff got me right in and on my way with no additional hassle, not to mention the free car wash. So maybe in the past dealerships where more pricey, but Hyundai of Cumming have hard working, caring, compassionate staff, that strives in great customer service and experience.
