Bought a truck here a few weeks ago. I noticed a couple of things wrong with the truck and asked if they could be fixed. They said no and gave me a song and dance that the turck was wo I noticed a couple of things wrong with the truck and asked if they could be fixed. They said no and gave me a song and dance that the turck was worth more than the sale price. It was not a big deal since they were small issues but never hurts to ask to fix things. However, they did promise to fix one thing and its been a joke trying to get that done. Their mobile small fix guy is supposed to repair a tear in the seat. He is mobile, he goes from dealer to dealer fixing scratches, window chips, etc... Not sure why I need to bring the truck to the dealership losing time off work to get this done. In addition, I found a couple what I would call major issues over the next couple of weeks. I don't know how you miss things that I would think are obvious items to check on inspection. For example, when you lock or unlock the doors the driver door does not lock or unlock. It makes a weird sound, if your a mechanic you know its broke when you hear it. The AC/heat in the dash of truck works but the vents to the back in center console do not. Really not happy with the level of inspection. If you know something is wrong just fix it or let the customer know. Don't pretend you don't know its an issue. Not that I read through reviews I see a lot of the same. Really poor job inspecting or just pretending it ain't broke and hope you don't notice. More

The buying process was initiated and was coming in after the weekend to review vehicle and hand over check. The “no financing hassle” is a joke. Like he said on the phone, he sells 40 cars a month, so be prepared to be just another number or just another Sale. There is no working with customers and will sell the car you are interested in right from underneath you. Extremely disappointed, I had high hopes that this car dealership was going to be different than the rest. More
