I had been searching for a vehicle to purchase for my daughters up coming 16th birthday for months . I had visited many dealerships all around middle TN area and beyond . None of those dealerships actual daughters up coming 16th birthday for months . I had visited many dealerships all around middle TN area and beyond . None of those dealerships actually took the time or took in consideration of my requests and how purchasing a car is more than just a monthly payment or how much they could or couldn’t go to bat for all the things i was looking for . Oscar was the most knowledgeable and caring person out of any of the dealerships or lots that i have come in contact with . Truly no exaggeration he took his time and listened to exactly what i was looking for on all fronts and end result is i purchased a vehicle that is a perfect fit for my daughter ! Dealership was leagues above many of the other Hyundai dealerships that i had been to as well . I will be back soon because of Oscar and team for another vehicle in near future . Would highly suggest anyone looking for new or used vehicles to visit Oscar and team ! More

They didn’t provide pictures that show every aspect of the vehicle, especially missing parts. Such as a patch work hole in the fabric, scratches on the paint and the missing 120 volt outlet. Not to mention the broken A/C compressor and power door lock. Every online buyer deserves to know the real vehicle they’re ordering. I’ve had to call to the dealership multiple times to try to convince them to fix ALL of the broken parts. This is tiresome! FYI, to all out of state people, Tennessee does not have a Lemon Law. Once you purchase it, there’s no opportunity to get your money back. I am very displeased! I hope this review saves someone in the future to not have to go through this headache. More

I called them to schedule a windshield replacement on a car I bought there. They told me that the windshield would be ordered, and that I would receive a call back when it was ready shortly. After a week, I called the dealership again, and I was told that the windshield had not even been ordered yet. I was very frustrated, as I had been without a car for a week, and waiting to leave for holiday On my other car, during a service, they ruined my inside window tinted film by putting stickers on it and then removing them with a scraper. They did pay for the film to be replaced, but I was still very disappointed. The film was ruined, and it took me a week to get it replaced. And for the best part, I signed and paid for a black Palisade, but when I went to pick it up, they tried to give me a blue one. They said they had made a mistake and that the black one was not the same VIN number. They tried to avoid doing all the paperwork again by giving me the blue one, but I refused. I had already signed and paid for a black car, and I was not going to settle for a blue one, then 5 minutes after arguing, the black one appears.... This dealership used to be great at taking care of their customers. They were always proactive and went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. However, in recent years, it seems like they have grown too big and have lost sight of what made them great in the first place. They are now less proactive and seem to care less about their customers. More

When a salesman makes a statement that he is going to take care of some thing for a customer, he needs to follow up and take care of it, not just ghost the customer and ignore his calls and messages hop take care of some thing for a customer, he needs to follow up and take care of it, not just ghost the customer and ignore his calls and messages hoping the problem goes away! I was told that several issues I had would be taken care of by the dealership, but the salesman I dealt with, Jose Suarez, promised to get these issues resolved, then just stopped answering my calls and returning my texts.
