Almost impossible to get an appointment for two months. Tried to get service for inspection due June and was told that they couldn’t fit me in until August 😬😵‍💫 After being a customer for about 15 year Tried to get service for inspection due June and was told that they couldn’t fit me in until August 😬😵‍💫 After being a customer for about 15 years, the new owner seems unable to maintain the customer service level that Sussman had. It is obvious that the personnel turnover has had a significant impact on operations… Trying to make appt at another Hyundai dealership!!! More

Extremely dishonest dealership. I would give 0 stars if I could. I was interested in a used car on their site and was in contact with a sales rep, Anthony Tomeo, about the car. I confirmed the availability of the car several times over the course of a few days, and set up an appointment to come take a look. I was coming from over an hour away in NJ, so I wanted to be certain the car was there before I made the trip. Anthony informed me to give him a call before I left, and he'd confirm it was still available, which he did. I was fully prepared to buy the car on the spot once I arrived. After leaving my house and starting the 1 hour 15 minute drive, Anthony decides to call me back 24 minutes later and tell me that the car "just sold". Either the most ridiculous coincidence in the history of car sales, or Anthony is just a dishonest snake. Everyone knows car deals don't happen that quickly, so if it truly did get sold in those 24 minutes, my assumption is that he could've at least let me know another buyer was looking at it. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior, and no apology given either. Stay far away from this guy and this dealership. More
