Nick my service advisor is the man. I could see he was doing the work of 2 service advisors. I was in the business for decades. The gentleman helping him..the lot guy also... amazing.... The dealership is usually great but the last time I was there the service was less than stellar, nit to menyion that they couldn't figure out why my trunk won't open. I sat downstairs for over 15 mins whil there the service was less than stellar, nit to menyion that they couldn't figure out why my trunk won't open. I sat downstairs for over 15 mins while the csr typed away on the computer and did not say anything else to me. He was supposed to be setting up an appointment to come back and resolve the trunk issue but instead held a back and forth conversation with new customers that walked. I was not acknowledged and he was about to go outside and help them until i spoke up. He clearly forgot that I was there even though I was sitting in front of him. All he after that was give some paperwork to the cashier and never mentioned that I needed a follow-up appointment. I have never felt so disregarded and disrespected. Its been weeks since my last appointment but every time I think about the treatment I received it's like reliving it all over again. I'm so disappointed in the service that I received. More
