I took my car in for a recall they were very nice about scheduling, not being pushy with the service they recommended after their complimentary check of the car. They even called to let me know that they were running a little behind due to a power outage. I picked up the car and everything seems fine, after a 10 min drive, I parked and put the e break on. I felt something with my foot and looked down and the lever to pop my hood was on the ground. We were able to snap it back on while I waited on hold. Part of the lever is broken off but we got it serviceable. At that point I had been on hold for a bit and just wanted to let them know they broke it. They did offer to have me bring the car back in and fix it or scheduled another day to bring it in. I declined since it was working and I didn't trust them after that. I was told that I wasn't informed that it was broken because it was working when I picked it up. So I think it was gently placed it on and it fell off after a short drive, or it wasn't on at all when I picked up the car and I just didn't see it. First time taking it to a dealership not a great experience. More
