Extremely unhelpful, very rude employees (Fred), tried to sell me a damaged used car, I was told I would have a 5 year loan, only to go into finance and find out it was 75 months. The ONLY good thing about Hyundai 110 was Tom Franco. He was very friendly, polite, he understood my frustration, was very apologetic, and made the horrible experience somewhat pleasant. I was buying my first car, and what was supposed to be an exciting experience for me ended up being the complete opposite. It was a miserable experience. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone and certainly will not be returning. More

Chris was very good , but it took 8 days to get my car fixed. Problems with getting the correct parts caused the delays, I was told.
