Had a recall. Made reservations 1 and 1/2 week before appt. Original appointment was push back saying dealership overbooked 2 days before. Dropped off car night before my pushed back appointment. Service never looked at it on day of visit or informed me what status was. Called a few times and never received a call back. I had to arrive at 5:00 only to find they never looked at it and a said the following day they will take care of it . I took the car back to find the recall part was not in stock and was ordered. So how are they going to fix it without the part. I was not told this until I saw it on the receipt. The dealership had plenty of time to order the part or at least tell me the part was not in stock. Very poor communication. Very surprising….never had an issue before with service….Bring back holy….she always went out of her way to inform me every step of the way. If I knew the part was not in stock I would have not wasted a day without a car. Just tell Me the Truth. I have no problem with part need ing to be ordered, but just tell me that so it does not waste both our times. More
Whenever I have my Palisade serviced I am always greeted with a smile and everything is explained clearly. Even when I decline extra service they are never pushy. I get my car serviced every February and the first thing they do is fill the windshield washer fluid, which is needed on Long Island this time of year. They do a good job when you drop your car off inside b they do is fill the windshield washer fluid, which is needed on Long Island this time of year. They do a good job when you drop your car off inside by putting everything down in an iPad then when you go in, they print out the service ticket. The waiting area is clean and not noisy and they do put bagels out and coffee if you want. All in all everybody is professional that’s why I keep going back. More
it took 1lmost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation I would like that to be a little faster. The people working there are very nice and I like the dealership.
