I had a thumping sound from beneath my Palisade. I brought my Palisade back to 110 Hyundai and was told by my service advisor, Holly, that I needed shock absorber and that the cost for labor and ma I brought my Palisade back to 110 Hyundai and was told by my service advisor, Holly, that I needed shock absorber and that the cost for labor and material would be about $2000. That is quite a number for a retiree on a fixed income. After agreeing to the work, I received a call from Holly, informing me that she submitting a request to Hyundai corporate for help in the repair and received approval to repair my Palisade at no cost for me. Holly went above and beyond in helping me in this matter. What a great employee! More

I got the car I wanted. They are nice people but my payments are $74 more a month than agreed on because of their mistake.
