We brought car in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Asked Dean to check the Navigation System because it would allow us to sign in or input any information in. When making my appointment the Clerk said it would be $110 before promotion coupon. At check out notice bill was higher after applying the Coupon. We questioned the amount and was told that the tire rotation was $40.00. We advised him that tire rotation was previously done free with the Oil Change along with a Car Wash. Dean stated that they had 35 cars to be washed. ?????? !! We asked for a rain check and was told NO on the rain check. We noticed the NAV System was never written on the Work Order therefore never checked. If we just wanted an Oil Change, we could have taken it to a 10 minutes drive through or even Firestone. We bring it to you expecting when we leave everything is okay with car, not wondering. More

I did have problems using the website to schedule the service at the dealer. The day of the service, i was met with no waiting by the service adviser. Agent didn’t even have my vehicle washed. They always wash it and when asked he said that I needed to ask for it. That has never been the case. Shady dealership and the entire team has a lack of integrity. BEWARE. I bought a vehicle online and asked for photos and videos. They didn’t show damage, they have not responded to my emails regarding integrity. BEWARE. I bought a vehicle online and asked for photos and videos. They didn’t show damage, they have not responded to my emails regarding sending the title, they said they fixed the recall but they lied, they said the vehicle would be detailed before delivery and it wasn’t, the tailgate was broken and I noticed it at delivery and they emailed a letter committing to its repair and then when the rep from my local dealership contacted them for payment they refused to pay for it. It wasn’t just one person involved. The general manager was the one who said the vehicle would be detailed. The sales manager was the person who said they would not make the repairs. Well don’t trust this dealership. They have no integrity and karma is waiting for each of them and a lawsuit. I am not just going to let it go. They told me over the phone that one of the remotes wasn’t working because it needed a new battery but yet they sent it and did not And when the local dealership told him that the battery would be four dollars, they refused to pay for it. BEWARE! Don’t shop with them. Don’t let them get you with the…” We are a family owned dealership.” That just means they’re all going to stick together and lie to you together. More
