Agent didn’t even have my vehicle washed. They always wash it and when asked he said that I needed to ask for it. That has never been the case. Shady dealership and the entire team has a lack of integrity. BEWARE. I bought a vehicle online and asked for photos and videos. They didn’t show damage, they have not responded to my emails regarding integrity. BEWARE. I bought a vehicle online and asked for photos and videos. They didn’t show damage, they have not responded to my emails regarding sending the title, they said they fixed the recall but they lied, they said the vehicle would be detailed before delivery and it wasn’t, the tailgate was broken and I noticed it at delivery and they emailed a letter committing to its repair and then when the rep from my local dealership contacted them for payment they refused to pay for it. It wasn’t just one person involved. The general manager was the one who said the vehicle would be detailed. The sales manager was the person who said they would not make the repairs. Well don’t trust this dealership. They have no integrity and karma is waiting for each of them and a lawsuit. I am not just going to let it go. They told me over the phone that one of the remotes wasn’t working because it needed a new battery but yet they sent it and did not And when the local dealership told him that the battery would be four dollars, they refused to pay for it. BEWARE! Don’t shop with them. Don’t let them get you with the…” We are a family owned dealership.” That just means they’re all going to stick together and lie to you together. More
