With all due respect, where one failed me a another arose! Huntington Mazda went to bat for me and simply knocked it out of the park!! Joe, the finance manager (sorry, forgot his name, a fellow valleyite), the entire team, Kudos, you're all great! Well worth the drive out there. Came home with a beautiful pearl white CX5.. Nuff' said!.. Oh my! I have too give a shout out to Tyler Voll. If not for him setting this up with my daughter, the sale would have never got off the ground. Kudos Tyler ! More

I've had some excellent Service Managers at John Patterson's Huntington Beach Mazda since they opened, but none of them have been as good as Daniel Bruce. He is always Upbeat, Professional and Thor Patterson's Huntington Beach Mazda since they opened, but none of them have been as good as Daniel Bruce. He is always Upbeat, Professional and Thorough, and I know when I take my car there for service, he'll work with my schedule, and things will be done, and done right, the first time. Whether I'm waiting for it or leaving the car, if anything unforeseen arises during maintenance, he contacts me immediately and clearly explains what I need to know in order to make an informed decision. He never tries to "sell" me anything, but he always emphasizes what might be in my best, long-term interests. He knows I love my Mazdas, and plan to drive them until the "wheels fall off". Results have been exemplary, and I take his word as Gospel on Mazda Service. Huntington Beach Mazda's Service Department has kept my last three Mazdas running like tops. They've logged over 370K miles, 240K miles and 45K miles of reliable service respectively, and I credit a large part of that to Daniel Bruce. Daniel's the kind of guy you're glad to see at the Service Counter, because you know he cares about you, makes things right and gets you back on the road as quickly as possible. He goes out of the way for you, as a true friend would, and I can hardly wait to see him again at my next routine maintenance. I always look forward to hearing him say "It's a beautiful day at Huntington Beach Mazda, how can I help you?" on the phone. Makes my day! More
