No one really enjoys having their car serviced, but if it needs servicing, HB Mazda is the place! I was welcomed immediately upon arrival and I was assisted by Chris Mendoza who explained all recommendation needs servicing, HB Mazda is the place! I was welcomed immediately upon arrival and I was assisted by Chris Mendoza who explained all recommendations, texted me with updates and additional recommendations, offered me an option to loan a car free of charge, and he personally temporarily fixed my car's broken mud flap until I decide to order and purchase a new one. In addition to Chris going above and beyond, I was able to connect to wifi and wait comfortably in their lobby that had free coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, and light snacks available. AND, because I had my car serviced on a Saturday, I was given a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich and a free carwash. What more could you ask for from a dealership? I make the drive from Long Beach to Huntington Beach because I trust them and I am so happy with their customer service. More
