When I called HB Mazda about mirror malfunction (not folding when locked) I asked the 1st Service adviser if this was an on going problem. His answered to my question was, “I’ve never heard of it being a problem” I thought, “I have a 2020 CX-5 with 11,000 miles on it ! I have an issue that the Dealer has never heard of. OMG ! But, as it turns out, it does seem to be an ongoing issue ? Now obviously, a person can’t know everything, (I don’t) especially about automotive repair and service. You had my car from 5:00 PM on Monday and I was called today, Thursday Feb. 3rd. that the car was ready to be picked up. The mirror problem was under Warranty and I am thankful of that. All of the service advisors I dealt with were professional in the way they took care of their business and ‘our’ business. Thank you for washing my CX-5 while it was in your care. Gene Hart More
