I waited 4 months for the car I wanted and almost gave up after I had issues with the first two cars, but the sales team helped get me exactly what I was looking for. My trade in was ok, and the financing wa after I had issues with the first two cars, but the sales team helped get me exactly what I was looking for. My trade in was ok, and the financing was fast, but very disappointed in the interest rate offered to a former Mazda owner with excellent credit, no matter what inflation looks like these days. I should have financed on my own. 5 Stars to Manny though! More

The dealership is very clean, and we are pleased when they open after 5pm. We had to take our dog to the vet in the later afternoon, so we were worried if they would open. The car areas in the dealership were effortless to walk around to search for the cars of what you’re looking for. When I found a couple of cars on the Mazda website, and called the dealership to make an appointment, Eric from the dealership kindly checked the vehicles and secured them for us to see when we visited. He was very polite and organized over the phone. He told me that his shift was over at three, so seek for “Tyson” when we arrived. When we arrived at the Huntington Beach Mazda and spoke to Tyson. He showed us the cars that we were looking for, and also he showed us the car that we might be interested in. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. We’ve owned many cars before, and we went to many dealerships. We’ve never experienced such a positive experience at any dealership before. We asked many questions and concerns, and Tyson answered patiently. We know many car salesmen who just wanted to “sell,” but Tyson is different. He loves his job and is knowledgeable. We recommend 100% if you look for Mazda! More
