Salesman Robb Neely came out and introduced himself to my wife and I as we browsed the used cars on the lot. I went in looking to spend about $5000 when Robb showed me a clean 2002 Ford Escape. After some negotiation he offered me a price that was too good to resist and I ended up making a deal on the vehicle at approximately $1200 less than what it would have cost out the door at sticker price. Negotiation was straightforward and to the point which is something I value since my time is limited because of a heavy workload. The quality of the dealership that impressed me the most is the thorough inspection and needed repair of the used vehicle before it ended up on the lot offered for sale. This resulted in the vehicle offered in great mechanical condition. I would definitely recommend Huntington Beach Mazda and Robb Neely to my friends and that says a lot because I generally shy away from making recommendations that I might later regret.
